Changes or Amendments will be posted to our site and considered effective 30 days from the date they are posted to the site. If you do not agree to such changes, you may request that we close your account by contacting us.

It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your listing of services through our site.

Because Gay Friendly Financial Planning has no involvement in transactions between users we can not get involved in disputes between users. You hereby release Gay Friendly Financial Planning (including all officers, employees, parent companies, contractors, suppliers, or agents) from any and all types of damages or claims resulting from such disputes.

Gay Friendly Financial Planning will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from use of this service.

Payment

Free Set up (regular rate 89.95) is included in the yearly packages, in the event of cancellation prior to the year, the 89.95 fee applies and the hosting will be billed at 24.95 per month for the duration used.
